About This Wine

This Chinese sake is brewed using high-quality qingjiu rice and mountain spring water from Northeast China, with a rice polishing ratio of 50%, retaining only the core essence of the rice.

It adopts a constant temperature koji-making process, fermenting at 13°C for 45 days, followed by low-temperature aging for more than 3 months before bottling.

Color: Pure and transparent, with a slight golden luster.

Aroma: Dominated by a rich and mellow rice aroma, blended with subtle fruity notes, fresh and layered.

Taste: Smooth and mellow on the palate, with balanced sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. The finish is clean and crisp with a distinct sweetness.

About the Producer

Whale Rich Chinese Sake is the core brand of Ganzhou Qingyun Qingjiu Co., Ltd. Dedicated to reviving Chinese sake and inheriting traditional brewing techniques, the producer developed proprietary yeast over three years, breaking overseas technological barriers.

The brand led the creation of China’s first group standard for Chinese sake and was certified as the No.1 online Chinese sake brand in 2024.
