Free Shipping Policy:
*We provide Free Shipping service for orders over $300 for Metro Areas in All States (excl. NT) in Australia.
*We offer Free Local Delivery for orders over $200 to nearby areas. (Local Delivery option will appear at checkout if your address is within the eligible delivery range, basically 15-25km delivery radius including Melbourne CBD and surrounding areas)
For order above $300 with a free shipping discount, we primarily use Auspost Standard Post, Anonymous Wine Freight or Sendle for deliveries.
*The following two products are not eligible for the free shipping offer:
- Lychee Gold Cider Low Alc 1.15% 330ml x 24pk
- Lychee Gold Cider Premium 8% 330ml x 24pk
Delivery Schedules:
It typically takes 1-3 business days to process orders before dispatch. Delivery usually takes 1-7 business days depending on your location. We’re doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
*Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
• Temperature-controlled freight is available in selected metro regions:
VIC (Melbourne CBD ±20km, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula), NSW (Sydney CBD ±20km, selected Northern & Southern suburbs), QLD / SA / WA (metro areas within approx. 10–20km; additional charges may apply).
Remote or Overweight Delivery:
Please kindly note that the delivery fee quoted is based on deliveries to state capital cities. For regional or remote locations, an additional charge may apply. If you reside in country area, you may need to cover the extra delivery cost post-order submission. Alternatively, if you prefer not to proceed with this surcharge, we'll refund your payment and cancel your order. For overweight orders exceeding 30kg, additional postage charges may apply to cover our costs.
Orders containing Pre-order products:
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are ready, ensuring a single consolidated delivery. Customers can expect their orders to be dispatched promptly upon product availability. Our pre-order products are generally ready for dispatch within one week of order placement.
Courier Options for delivery:
1. By default, we primarily use Australia eParcel Wine Post for deliveries if the order value is under $500. Extra Cover will be purchased for $1.95 for each additional $100 of cover up to a maximum covered value of $5000.
2. Australia Express Post are also available at checkout for extra cost. Extra cover costs $0 for the first $100 of cover and $2.50 for each subsequent $100 of cover (above $100 included cover) up to $5000.
3. We partner with Anonymous Wine Freight, a specialist in wine transportation, to service eligible metropolitan areas across Australia for high-value orders.
4. For orders more than 5 dozen, we may use E-go/Hunter Express, and insurance cover up to $2,000.
5. FedEx TNT Express is also available for next-day delivery. Quotes can be obtained at https://www.tnt.com.au/easysend/. Contact us to find out more.
Customers may indicate their preferred courier, but all matters related to delivery, including tracking and delivery issues, should be addressed directly with the courier. We will assist and provide the necessary information to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Refund Shipping Costs:
If customers require a refund of delivered items for other personal reason, Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
Return Shipping Costs: You will need to pay for the return shipping. For your peace of mind, we suggest using a shipping method that allows you to track your package and consider getting shipping insurance. This way, you’re protected if the package is lost or damaged on its way back to us. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
