Overview
Maison Saint Aix Beau Viva Alcohol-Free Sparkling Rosé is a 0.0% sparkling rosé from the South of France, created by the team behind AIX Rosé. Designed for celebration without alcohol, it brings together pale pink colour, fine bubbles, fresh red fruit and citrus brightness in a stylish non-alcoholic format.
Made from carefully selected French grapes, the alcohol is gently removed using vacuum distillation to help preserve aroma, texture and freshness.
Winemaking
Beau Viva is the result of extensive research and development by Maison Saint Aix, led by winemaker Nicolas Quiles. The wine begins as 100% French wine before alcohol is carefully extracted, resulting in a true 0.0% alcohol sparkling rosé. Fine bubbles are added to complete the refreshing sparkling style.

In the glass, Beau Viva shows a vibrant light pink hue with a steady stream of fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers rose petals, citrus, zesty lemon, grapefruit, strawberries and raspberries. The palate is well-balanced and complex, with citrus freshness, red fruit lift, fine mousse and a clean, refreshing finish.

Serve chilled as an aperitif or pair with smoked salmon, tuna, richer oily fish, sushi, sashimi, fruit desserts, strawberry shortcake, raspberry tart or light celebratory canapes.
