Product Description

The 2025 Moss Wood Amy’s Cuvee Blanc is a vibrant and elegant white blend from Margaret River, showcasing freshness, aromatic lift, and refined texture. Produced by Moss Wood, this wine reflects the estate’s commitment to balance, purity, and classic Margaret River style.

Traditionally led by Sauvignon Blanc with complementary portions of Semillon and Chardonnay, Amy’s Cuvee Blanc is crafted to highlight bright fruit expression, crisp acidity, and layered complexity. The maritime climate of Margaret River, combined with gravelly vineyard soils and cooling ocean influences, allows for slow ripening and excellent flavour retention.

The 2025 vintage delivered fruit with outstanding aromatic clarity and freshness. In the winery, parcels were fermented separately using a combination of stainless steel and careful lees handling to preserve varietal character while building texture and mouthfeel.

The wine opens with lifted aromas of citrus blossom, passionfruit, white peach, and grapefruit, layered with hints of fresh herbs and subtle tropical notes. The palate is lively and refreshing, balancing vibrant citrus and stone fruit flavours with fine acidity and a gentle textural finish. The result is a wine that is both approachable and sophisticated.

Designed for youthful enjoyment, the 2025 Amy’s Cuvee Blanc is an excellent match for seafood, fresh salads, white meats, and light Mediterranean dishes. While best enjoyed young for its freshness and aromatic brightness, careful cellaring over the short term may add further complexity.
