A classic dry Alsace Riesling from Gustave Lorentz’s Réserve range, balancing freshness and finesse with a clear, structured palate. Produced from 100% Riesling grown on hillsides around Bergheim, this is an approachable yet distinctly gastronomic expression, with citrus, white-flower and green-fruit character supported by lively acidity.
Vineyard
The fruit comes from various hillsides surrounding the village of Bergheim in Alsace, where the soils are predominantly heavier clay and limestone. Gustave Lorentz’s Réserve range is conceived to express the classic Alsatian grape varieties through a balance of finesse and structure.

Maison Gustave Lorentz is based in Bergheim, Alsace, and places particular emphasis on balance, freshness, elegance and purity of expression. Its 45 hectares of estate vineyards began conversion to organic agriculture in 2009 and have been certified Organic Agriculture by Ecocert since the 2012 vintage.
