It is a study in elegance and restraint.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll fruit was hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed and fermented in French oak. The wine spent ten months in barrel with gentle stirring as required, then rested in tank on lees for a further four months before bottling. This careful approach preserves freshness while building depth and texture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTolpuddle Vineyard is located in the Coal River Valley of southern Tasmania – an exceptionally cool and dry region, ideal for growing Chardonnay of purity and definition.
