A portion of 100% stems was fermented separately and later included to provide textural depth and aromatic lift.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe must was pumped over up to two times per day during peak fermentation with occasional punch-downs. After 14 days on skins, the wine was drained and pressed before being transferred to oak for maturation. The final blend was assembled and bottled in early January 2026.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eAbout the Producer\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLocated in Tamar Valley, Tasmania at 41 degrees South and 50 metres above sea level, the vineyard was established in 1998. This certified organic vineyard comprises predominantly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with smaller plantings of Riesling and Pinot Gris.
