Yield was down but the fruit was\u003cbr\u003ebeautifully rich and ripe, and flavours across the fruit spectrum.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWine Makers Notes\u003c\/strong\u003e: some fruit parcels were fermented in old French\u003cbr\u003ebarriques, with others in stainless steel. After fermentation components were\u003cbr\u003eracked and the individual parcels held separate on light lees to retain\u003cbr\u003efreshness.
