The total area is 1.1465 hectares on a south to south-east facing gentle slope with clay-limestone soils dominated by brown clay and small stones.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGrapes are carefully harvested and sorted by hand, then partially destemmed with whole clusters retained. A cold pre-fermentation maceration of 4 to 6 days is followed by a full maceration lasting 15 days, using only pigeage.
