Plum purple colour. The aromas are soft with notes of red berries, plums and mixed herbs. The flavour is smooth and supple with mouth-watering acids. It starts at the front of the palate with primary fruit and builds, making you think of fresh cut sage and the smells of a bushwalk. The acid frames the palate beautifully and leaves you wanting more.
