It spent time in seasoned French oak for 20 months, before being bottled and cellared before release.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eVINTAGE NOTE:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe season had a fantastic start, with generous Winter rainfall regenerating the aquifer and ensuring adequate subsoil moisture coming into Spring. We saw great canopy growth but a cool November delayed flowering and brought the bunch weights down to just below average.
