The estate is more than 100 years old and has been owned and operated by Tony and Lita Brady since 1974, with the original stone winery still in use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 12-hectare vineyard is planted to old vine Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Mataro, and Muscat of Alexandria, much of it established between the late 1890s and early 1900s. Vineyards are dry farmed and handpicked, with fermentation using indigenous yeasts in open-top stainless-steel fermenters, followed by up to 12 months’ maturation in French oak.
