The domaine harvests in several passes to achieve full fruit and phenolic ripeness, relying exclusively on natural yeasts and whole-bunch fermentation, with no fining or filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Clos de Vougeot parcel covers 0.62–0.64 hectares, planted in three phases: 1929, 1949 and 1969. The vineyard is not entirely original but remains a balanced planting.
