The vineyard spans 0.7319 hectare, with vine ages ranging from 32 to 92 years and an average annual production of around 2,100 bottles.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eAbout the Winery\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDomaine du Comte Liger-Belair was founded in 2000 by Louis-Michel Liger-Belair, continuing more than 200 years of family heritage in Vosne-Romanée. The family has been connected to the village since 1815, with Louis Liger-Belair originally acquiring vineyards during post-Revolution land redistribution.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe domaine cultivates several parcels in Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges, including the monopole La Romanée. Biodynamic viticulture is practiced across all vineyards. Grapes are hand harvested and sorted before partial or full destemming.\u003cbr\u003eFermentation begins naturally after a cold soak. Extraction is gentle, and pressing is carried out with a small vertical press. Wines are aged in new barrels from multiple coopers and forests, remaining in barrel without racking.
